Neugebauer Announces New Senior Legislative Assistant

WASHINGTON, DC—Congressman Randy Neugebauer (R-TX) announced the addition of Emily Domenech to his Washington, DC staff.  Domenech will serve as Neugebauer’s Senior Legislative Assistant, handling issues including energy, environmental regulations, and national security. 

“I’m proud to welcome Emily as part of our team,” Neugebauer said.  “She brings a wealth of experience to our office, and she’ll be a great resource for the people of the 19th Congressional District.  She joins a strong and experienced team that is dedicated to serving West Texas and the Big Country.”

Domenech previously served at the Texas Office of State-Federal Relations as the federal liaison on policies including energy, environment, budget, and foreign policy.  Prior to that, Domenech was a policy advisor on the Rick Perry for President Campaign.  She also spent four years serving on the personal staff of Defense Secretary Robert Gates at the Pentagon, and began her career in the office of Secretary Samuel Bodman at the Department of Energy.
