WASHINGTON, DC—Congressman Randy Neugebauer (R-TX) released the following statement after voting to repeal Obamacare today.  H.R. 45 passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 229-195.

“Tonight, I voted again to repeal Obamacare. It's bad policy, and it's costing us jobs. It's also raising health care premiums, and hitting our economy with massive costs. When I talk to business owners in West Texas, they tell me once the law is fully implemented, they won’t be able to provide the same level of benefits for their employees, and they may have to reduce their workforce.

“Every single day, my constituents tell me how Obamacare will negatively impact them.  They deserve better policy, so I’ll work for as long as it takes to get this law off the books.”
